Facilities and Capacity

Eckington Civic Centre is situated within a 15-20min drive from Sheffield, Mansfield, Worksop and Chesterfield. Licenced for civil ceremonies, it has a space for weddings of all sizes. Bluebell room creates a perfect space for couples to say 'I DO', whereas Derbyshire room will entertain guests as it has a dance floor and a bar. As the venue is very versatile, you can use Bluebell Room for your buffet spread and Derbyshire Room for your sit-down meal.

Derbyshire room can accommodate 120 guests using round tables or 180 guests using long tables.

Featuring a large stage with a sound system, you can have a live band, DJ, or play any music via Bluetooth connection.

Guests can use the free car park by the venue.

Eckington Civic Centre offers bespoke weddings, and our manager will be your point of contact from booking until the wedding day. If you opt for in-house catering, you can choose from various food options (buffet banquets or formal dining). Stunninc Renishaw Gardens is only a minute away, and you can use them for photographs (additional fees apply) to capture the most unforgettable day of your life.
